Arters Home Inspections

Purchasing a new home can be a really scary, exciting time! We take some of the scare out and give you piece of mind when we complete a whole house inspection. Although, because the market is so hot and super competitive, buyers are waiving their right to receive a home inspection as a contingency.

If this is you, that's okay. That doesn't mean you have to waive the right to complete the inspection altogether. Just because you are waiving the inspection contingency doesn't mean you can't have an inspection done.

Ask your agent. You will need permission from the seller to have a pre-settlement inspection done. If they deny your request, then you can always opt for a post-close inspection.

Here are a few items we will go over during your home inspection:
1. All Appliances Tested
2. Inspect All Major Mechanical
3. Inspect Plumbing and Electrical
4. Inspect Roof, Attic, and Foundation
5. Test Smoke Detectors
6. Test for Moisture
7. Instructions on Regular Home Maintenance

Either way, a home inspection could save you thousands in future cost. So don't delay! Give us a call today!
